We're leaving, on a Jet Plane, don't know when we'll be back again...  There's a song like that isn't there?  Just be glad you're not here to hear me sing it, right words or wrong, it is a horrible experience!

But yes, tomorrow we head over to Rarotonga for the NABBA Asia Pacific Champs.  And not before time, it is bloody FREEZING here in Whangamata today.  At work I am about as useful as a rung-less ladder, with the attention span of a gnat, running off to the toilet every three seconds as I try and demolish the towns reservoir of water every six minutes, along with filling the sewage ponds to overflowing.  Ain't it just grand being a body builder!

Both Ness and I are where we are meant to be at bodyweight wise pre flight, both ready and raring to go - starved, waxed, muscles showing in places where just a year ago we didn't even know we had places, let alone muscles.  It's seems like it's been a lot longer than just a year since we started this mad mad mad sport!

But come Wellintgon NABBA on the 11th of September, that is the first anniversary of our bodybuilding 'careers'!

But more on that one day when I can be arsed - at the moment it's all focus on Raro, the Mr Athletic title, the Miss Figure title, and the Mixed Pairs title.  Bring them all on, and also a few of the goodies in that photo with Ness above...
